Yearly planning needs to work for you! 

Each school and setting approaches planning in a different way. I have had many different planning formats (and lengths...) across the years and it is still developing every year. I try to cut out any unnecessary faff whilst also having to help subject leaders and stick to school policy too. I always try to make it work for us!
